It's an evolutionary trait that is in response to increasing use of electronics and computers. As being good with technology is a larger part of survival of the fittest, the autism traits will only increase along with it.
- flippingheck 17d agoIt's advantageous in rules-based systems, but many aspects of life, particularly interpersonal, are not rules-based. Systems thinking pays well, which is advantageous, but this might be short lived, now that LLMs can mediate interfacing with rules-based systems.
