- mitxela 21d agoSo no internet, TV or radio then. And no billboards. Also no event venues except the town hall.
- oxzidized 21d agoMaybe if we had some sort of non-profit corporation with a mission to ensure universal access to non-commercial, high-quality educational, cultural, and other content and telecommunications services. Perhaps something like that could be expanded upon and utilized for government communication to the public?
