There's plenty blaming AI here, but IMHO the rot was already there long ago, and AI only accelerated it.
- Dylan16807 12d agoIn 2014 they got rid of the bulk of QA. That's probably the biggest turning point.
- creshal 11d agoEspecially when the following years once again confirmed that none of the big enterprise customers care enough to cancel any contracts over QA problems.
