These people do exist, and it's been a consistent threat to international security pretty much since discovery of the atomic bomb. Yet, they did not achieve their goals, due to monitoring systems in place. Just look at Nth Country Experiment - if it was that easy, why hasn't it happened yet?
- amelius 14d agoOk, but now it is that times 10, or times 100. It is easy to fork an army of agents.
- hypendev 13d agoYes, but it still fails on the same bottlenecks: - Procuring materials - High-risk assembly - High-impact testing The first two being the highest bottlenecks, as the moment you start trying you will be put under active surveillance.
