Are you able to do your own work though? I use and prefer old cars, but I know I won't always be able to because I won't personally be able to deal with the issues on my own.
- JohnFen 14d agoI can do the basics like oil changes. I don't, though, because it's worth it to me to pay my mechanic to do all the maintenance. I'd do the same if the car were new.

- JohnFen 13d agoI asked everyone I knew who they used, paid attention to which ones people had stuck with the longest, then tried those ones out by getting oil changes from them. Then out of the ones that I had good vibes from, I chose the one that was physically closest to where I live.
