I'm all ears for a solution. But all I hear is some workers want to bar other workers (H1B, seniority, etc) from working. I hear nothing about organizing. Class warfare is nice to write about, but there's been 0 credible approaches in the last 2 years proposed. Do you think it will magically appear sometime? Are we generally prepared to stand with our less experienced colleagues? and immigrants?
