I doubt that this statement is true.
- embedding-shape 15d agoIf it wasn't true before, it'll certainly appear to be true to Anthropic after this change, regardless if it's actually true or not in practice.

- icedchai 15d agoI'm sure many use their parents' credit card. In which case, the parent would do the "verification" and the minor uses the account anyway.
