I was waiting for the standard iPhone, so it’s a shame it’s coming out next year.
Unless you’re using photos or videos like an expert, there doesn’t seem to be any reason to go for a heavy Pro anymore.
Since last year’s promotional display came equipped with the standard model, I just can’t find it appealing.
Ah, of course, since it has AI features, we’ll have to see how much the RAM difference matters, but
Could it be that Apple is going to put so little RAM in the standard model that they can’t really use AI well?
I hope you won’t go that far.
- fizwidget 26d agoI don’t think you need to be taking “expert” photos to want some optical zoom. I wish they’d put a zoom lens instead of a wide angle on the standard iPhone, but alas, you need a Pro for that.
- ksncksndsh 26d agoThe base iPhone’s digital som is pretty much perfect for its target audience, to be honest. These cameras are fantastic already, optical zoom is indeed a pro feature.
- weezing 26d agoUnfortunately not gonna happen because if they introduced telephoto on base iPhone most people that buy Pros wouldn't buy Pros.
- kimseungyong 26d agoHonestly, I don’t really know much about lenses, wide-angle lenses, apertures, and things like that Just open the camera app and take a picture In everyday life, I hardly ever zoom in to take pictures Because of this, I can’t see any reason to buy the Pro
