- Finnucane 1mo agoPoliticians have been doing this for a while now. I think the idea is to project more of a 'one of us' vibe and not stand on formality, which creates a vibe of being part of a separate class.

- crabmusket 1mo agoNow? As an outsider just observing from acoss the internet, I always saw campaign materials featuring "Zohran" prominently. I thought it made sense, as it's very distinctive and kind of cool, and lots of people seem to have trouble pronouncing his surname.
