FWIW, had similar issues on M2 Max MacBook Pro and they did fix it eventually, in macOS 26. It only took 2-3 years. btw if it happens often, check your cable,

- mgaunard 1mo agoWith Linux I'm used to just being able to fix problems instead of working around them. With macOS I have to reverse engineer their bootloader with radare2 and remove a stupid safety check just to be able to load a driver.
- doc_ick 1mo agoI think you said it best before, Linux is made for tinkerers. Why are you expecting a Mac system to operate like Linux? As much as I like Mac I know it will never be used for games, so I use something else.
