The EU is definitely dragging its feet believing that Trump will go away and "normality" will return.
- chadgpt3 2mo agoThe EU can't understand anything except normality, we see it on all kinds of issues.
- bulbar 2mo agoEU is already adopting. They are slow (that's a given anyway because of its size), but they are not stupid. It also opens up a lot of opportunities, everybody's right now loosening their bonds with the US.
