Appeals are not automatic. Another judge has to decide whether you have standing to appeal - you can't just say "don't like the result, redo!"
- zdragnar 2mo agoRight, there needs to be procedural grounds for appeal, and this case is entirely about the judge violating procedural rules by delegating away their judgement. It's a perfect example of a case for an appeals court.
- AngryData 2mo agoDoesn't seem that way for people with money though.
