Did follow ups ever help anyone get a job?
- ChrisMarshallNY 3mo agoHard to tell, really. I doubt it would have made a difference, in my case. But treating people with respect and dignity -that’s something that helps the company (not necessarily the applicant).
- reactordev 3mo agoSometimes it can help articulate your stance after the fact. I’ve used it to thank the panel and to clarify a few of my answers so they had something to research. I have also used it to pull the emergency escape hatch and thank them for their time.
