- h8hawk 3mo agoThey are likely Effective Altruists highly attuned to AGI (With current LLM's) risks, fearing an LLM uprising and human extinction, which they regard as the world's most critical challenge.

- tancop 3mo agothe name stopped being relevant a long time ago when they went from rating charities to coming up with horror stories about ai. "ineffective egotism" would be better for what they are now.
