- ErigmolCt 3mo agoA machine civilization could probably spread into many environments that biology cannot tolerate, but it still has to be invented somewhere first
- bluGill 3mo agoThere is no particular reason to think a process for silicon life couldn't exist that starts from something like our carbon based form started. We don't know what that is, but we have ideas.
