What makes you think they would care? If they cared they wouldn’t have done it in the first place.

  They will care of sales slump and the feedback they are getting is all asking for CarPlay/Android Auto. Even Tesla said they started working on CarPlay support when their sales started to suffer for unrelated reasons.

      They do care about future sales. Not only you, but the people you’re going to tell to stay away from them because of this.

There is no useful way to complain to GM. However making sure everyone knows on various forums is a much more powerful way in the long run. It will take more time, but I'm not alone.
