How much do you pay per month? Never expect a real human tech expert if you only pay 10$/month for something. A human talking to you for 15minutes destroys their entire profit margin on your payments for years. Unless you hit a bug or something in their system, support is expensive.
- wink 4mo agoThat's the wrong way to look at it. They are pricing their product at whatever çost and people pay them that it works. Most people contact support if it doesn't work. Does not matter if it's 10 bucks or 1000.
- littlecranky67 4mo agoNot sure if you ever worked in support, but the vast majority of cases it is users not understanding your product, not reading docs etc. Rarely it is actual bugs.
