What exactly was your company doing such that the concurrent development of features and infrastructure by 30 people is now done by 2? Each engineer is monitoring 15 Claude swarms?
- colesantiago 4mo agoWe just have regular web, backend, search, ingestion, frontend and mobile codebases. Turns out we didn't need these engineers and you can just have one or two strong seniors on this. They are more productive than ever.
