No he's saying that realistically it's a challenge you have to accept if your success depends on culture change.

- wallst07 5mo agoIt read to me like a post mortem on why she failed [opposite of success]. She failed because she was bad at changing the culture which is a core competency of leadership. It doesn't really matter what the people think one way or another, the job of a leader is to lead, "win hearts and minds" This seems pretty self evident.
