- jjtwixman 7mo agoTime to put on your big boy pants and take some personal responsibility. The American people voted for this, they wanted this.
- rootusrootus 7mo ago> The American people voted for this, they wanted this. Less than half of the people who bothered to vote actually picked the guy. I even believe that a non-trivial number of those folks actually believed their own rhetoric about America first, no wars, etc. But their commitment to one man is stronger than their commitment to ideals, and so here we are.
- epolanski 7mo agoIt's not the voter. It's the system. The constitution is old and not democratic. Russia, Turkey, Phillipines, Belarus, Nicaragua, etc, etc. Presidential republics are a disaster waiting the right people to break them.
- throwaway27448 7mo agoAnd how, pray tell, does an american voter vote against using the most lethal military in the world?
- paulryanrogers 7mo agoVote against liars who promise peace. Or demand representatives impeach them.
- throwaway27448 7mo ago> Vote against liars who promise peace. By voting for a party that refuses to promise this? > Or demand representatives impeach them. We both know this will do nothing.
- paulryanrogers 7mo ago> By voting for a party that refuses to promise this? Vote for the party least likely to actually start wars. Regardless of their words. > We both know this will do nothing. Pardon my imprecise language. I meant impeach, convict, and remove from power.
