If you want to use Xcode (lowercase c) and generally do any dev stuff, don’t take the Neo. It’s not what it has been made for. Also no, there won’t be any need for different code depending on A* vs M* chips (unless doing very specific code, but if you’re wondering whether to take the Neo, that won’t be your case).
