Again, if you're going to condemn Europeans for any actions committed in the course of colonisation and support the natives' right to violent defence of their territory, then you must also grant the current custodians of the territory the right to violent defence against illegal immigrants whose heinous crimes against our people make for often-shocking headlines.

Yes, and just like we will eventually be displaced (violently or not) by new arrivals as well, since "might makes right," correct? It's just how it goes: white settlers kick brown (Indian descended with some European blood) Mexicans off their land, later brown Mexican descendants jump border into the USA to get that land back, white settler descendants kick them away again but demographics means those white settler descendants are going to get displaced one way or the other. The math of growth curves doesn't lie. Trump is just a last racist hurrah for what was and what isn't meant to be anylonger.

    I don't see what violence gets them, just people die and the conclusion will still be the same. I love immigrants and don't care if my skin color is no longer common, heck I experienced this already when spending 9 years in China. 200-300 years from now we all would have mixed up anyways, we are all humans afterall and who is to say that certain humans have the right to prosperity while others don't based ancestry (because their claim morally is much stronger than ours!).
