Apple MacBook Pro order deliveries delayed until mid March
- jackvalentine 9mo agoNot in Aus - pickup today, or delivered tomorrow.
- pcr0 9mo agoAdd USA in title? I'm in HKG and MBPs are still available with next day shipping.
- imwally 9mo agoThere is supposed to be some event "creators" were invited to from Jan 27-29 [1]. I have yet to hear anything about it. [1]: https://www.macrumors.com/2026/01/23/apple-invites-creators-la-event-jan-27-29/ https://www.macrumors.com/2026/01/23/apple-invites-creators-...
- drcongo 9mo agoIs that the launch of the creator subscription bundle?
- SanjayMehta 9mo agoI'm getting a pickup today OR Feb 10th delivery date.
- tiffanyh 9mo agoDoesn’t this typically happen right before a new model refresh. Have to imagine M5 Pro/Max is soon to be launched. Note: this is for the M4 Max.
- smcleod 9mo agoCame to say this as well, usually they reduce manufacturing of the old model as the new one ramps up.
- tpurves 9mo agoEither M5 Pro chips are finally here... or March is just the next time Apple can source any DRAM or SSD chips for the existing line! In all seriousness, I am quite concerned for what the base model and upgrade pricing is going to be for the full M5 line, given the recent AI-driven DRAM supply apocalypse.
- cj 9mo agoNo, only certain less popular configurations are backlogged. Pretty normal for that to happen. Here's a link to a base model Macbook Pro 16" - ready to ship immediately. https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/16-inch-space-black-standard-display-apple-m4-pro-with-14-core-cpu-and-20-core-gpu-24gb-memory-512gb https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/16-inch-space...
- joshuat 9mo agoPretty misleading, flagged
- DustinEchoes 9mo agoI hope this isn’t due to memory supply issues, bad omen if it is.
- jimmydoe 9mo agoM5 Pro and Max tmr.
