- everfrustrated 8mo agoCloudflare has a speed test. Try comparing it to other speed tests around the same time. Should reveal if Dtag is congested/throttling your traffic to Cloudflare sites vs others. https://speed.cloudflare.com/ https://speed.cloudflare.com/
