- reactordev 9mo agoSo take it off the resume. The only time they need to know your address is when HR adds you to onboarding so they can pay taxes. There’s more nuance than this but ultimately it’s not really that important. Some states require the employer to post salaries or do this or that to do business in the state. For those companies that refuse to hire from your state, refuse to do business with those companies. Easy.
