Sounds like a company set up for failure.
- fer 10mo agoIn some cases, yeah, but in others it just sounds like a company with a lot of regulatory constraints and a strong "need to know" culture. Internal moat building often reflects in their business model as well. Not that I'd like to work in that environment, but I've seen it work and work well.
