Just as a datapoint: Not only do I actually like Liquid Glass, I don't have any errors or bugs on my MBP or my iPhone EXCEPT for the audio scratching sometimes on macos. Which alone is flatly unacceptable.
- vor_ 10mo agoIf you're experiencing crackling under high system load, try connecting external speakers or headphones. It's weird, but it seems to mitigate or even eliminate the issue.
- virgil_disgr4ce 9mo agoThanks for the tip, however all of the crackling I've heard was exclusively WITH speakers plugged in (via the 3.5mm jack). Though I've noticed lately I'm not hearing any crackling any more. I don't think I updated anything so it might be spurious.
