Number of page views on a "is it down" page is not necessarily indicative of a problem. Not being able to connect to the service in question is.
- kube-system 10mo agoPeople visit these sites when they have problems. A large number of people experiencing problems correlates heavily with an issue with the service.

- jtrn 10mo agoAnd more people turning up at the clinic doesn’t mean there are more sick people, but it’s an indication. Funny that you ignored “indicates,” which is a perfectly valid inference here, and also it’s true. If you want to be pedant, don’t self-own.
