- CGMthrowaway 11mo ago> Tradesmen pass the charge onto their customers You mean to say people without cars are paying the congestion tax? :P
- adgjlsfhk1 11mo agoLikely not. Reduced congestion decreases transit time which can easily pay for the conjestion charge.
- lmm 11mo agoThe people who are hiring tradesmen are disproportionately the rich.
- lesuorac 11mo agoI mean it's funny to say but I think it should be pretty obvious to anybody that tradesmen are not the only people driving into NYC. But yeah, customers pay the congestion tax for the tradesmen to drive just like they pay the tariff taxes on the supplies the tradesmen use.
- seanmcdirmid 11mo agoYa, definitely, I didn’t mean to imply otherwise.
