    Even the minimum brightness is too bright.

    Many screens, especially on laptops and phones, don't have subtle enough settings Yes, making weird color profiles can get you much closer, if you're able to and your device supports them, but often not close enough

      Huh. The built-in night functions on both my Windows and Mac laptops work well and can go super orange. My Mac laptop dims to black at the lowest setting...
