When it specifically says it’s a public locker room how is it private? If other people can see you then is it really private?

- zapzupnz 11mo agoThe article never once says "public locker room", it merely says "locker room". These are, presumably, parts of private establishments such as pools, saunas, gyms, etc. That is, one has to make the conscious choice to enter such an establishment. Even if it's a publicly-funded establishment such as, say, a municipal swimming pool, the conscious choice to enter into such a place versus walking through an open street aren't comparable.
