The communities you cite have always existed, and herd immunity was not a problem. How do you think Canada had eliminated measles in the first place?
- SpicyLemonZest 11mo agoI don't really understand the question. They eliminated measles in the first place by convincing more of those communities to have higher vaccination rates than they have today.
