- mpyne 1y agoIt can mean a lot of things, yes, but that is not the same as saying it doesn't mean anything. If the detector was pegged high you certainly wouldn't assume a neutral frame to the situation, you'd assume some kind of significant release of radioactive contamination and act accordingly until you had better data.
