I found another earlier one for GLQuake (it's called a mini-GL driver) back in 1997: https://github.com/id-Software/Quake/blob/master/WinQuake/3dfx.txt https://github.com/id-Software/Quake/blob/master/WinQuake/3d... Looks like it is a driver specifically for Voodoo cards to run Quake. I'm not 100$ sure if the source code is included so I'll probe a bit.
