But why would you do an IQ test, when you could just do a math test? Surely a math test is a better indicator of math ability than a test that is merely correlated?
- hiAndrewQuinn 1y agoThat approach would work too, but generally (not always) math tests require you to already know a fair bit of math to do them. IQ tests can and have been designed with don't even require the use of language, let alone any conceptual machinery that strong.
