If Tesla is partially responsible for this fatal accident, who or what else was ruled as contributing to the crash?
- wedn3sday 1y agoWell, I dont think anyone else contributed a system called "autopilot."
- bdcravens 1y agoAnd yet Tesla was only found 33% accountable, so the presence of "autopilot" was only 1/3 of the cause.
- Hamuko 1y agoI'd guess the driver since he was using his phone, then dropped it and was scrambling to pick it up when the accident happened.
- MBCook 1y agoThe article is clear. The driver bore the rest of the responsibility.
