- abcd_f 1y agoIt's just fat.
- xandrius 1y agoWhite stuff is just either fat or sugar bloom, due to changes of temperature. Not harmful. It's like the white "powder" on hard cheeses, which is just calcium crystalizing over time. Totally safe.
- mhb 1y agoNo. It doesn't taste bad, but the texture might not be as good.
- mhb 1y agoAlso, you can melt it and use it to make frosting, ganache or hot fudge sauce.
