  Title of the post doesn't match the article. Additionally, there's an obvious typo is the first word. I can't even read the article before being harassed by popups. This is just low quality spam.

  Of course they are, but it's not just Google, it's every single business that control both the solution and the problem it's supposed to fix. It's just usual business practice these days.
