Correct. Here are her exact remarks just before Padilla interrupted: “We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate the city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country and what they have tried to insert into the city.” The president was expressing enthusiasm for the idea of Newsom being arrested the other day, while the Speaker of the House was inciting violence by saying he should be 'tarred and feathered'. I see no reason not to take their remarks at face value given the reality of their past and current actions.
