this is okay for the post office or DMV, but probably not as okay for air traffic control infrastructure.

- Jtsummers 1y agoFAA, but not ATCs. I think a lot of the FAA folks were also offered their jobs back, like with other agencies. As a consequence of court decisions and "oh shit, those are actually important jobs".
- rsynnott 1y agoWould tend to make recruitment more difficult, though. "Yeah, we just had a bunch of people fired by some weird Twitter idiot, but you should totally train for years to come work for us, that couldn't possibly go wrong."
