Which branch is guilty of this?
It’s far more frequent for a rogue district judge fo overstep its authority, is it not? They seem to get reversed quite often.
- takeda 1y agoThe way things work is that if the judge oversteps you appeal, but you are still bound by the ruling unless higher court overrides it. You can't just say you don't like the ruling and ignore it.
