Facebook is in no legal framework a “public space”. It’s a private entity.
- Applejinx 2y agoNote, however, that its whole marketing angle is that it is to be THE public space: the only internet public space to care about. Not a legal positioning, a social pressuring.
- freejazz 2y agoOkay? And people gather at the mall, or outside the movie theatre near my house... that doesn't make it not private property.
