The mandate has been set, anyone who isn't pasting LLM word salad into their performance review is wasting time and falling behind, as is anyone who directly reads the performance reviews which were submitted.
- SpicyLemonZest 2y agoI strongly suspect this is now the case at most companies, and it's just a question of how much people admit it. I know multiple people who say they do it and a lot more who make plausibly deniable "jokes".
