- altacc 2y agoExcept that in 2025 Elon Musk promised FSD in 2017. A lot of marketing delivers grandiose claims but Musk's are extraordinarily grandiose & unrealistic even by marketing's hyperbolic norm.

- ryandrake 2y agoThere was a web site[1] that cataloged Every claim and prediction Elon Musk has made and how long it's been since he made them, but it looks like they stopped updating it. - salgernon 2y agoWhere are they promising it then? Board meetings? I don't think lying (or creating unsubstantiated truthyness) is the same as saying the quiet part out loud.
