How to Work with "Stupid" People
- ggm 2y agoI certainly feel identified here. as one of the stupid people they'd struggle to work with. Chasing every irrelevant rathole, distracted by Squirrels, unable to use 2 words where 22 will do, but still somehow able to move the lump of stone forward as we make the next pyramid. The thing is I can't stand working with another one. I don't mind being me annoying the living bejesus out of the more productive smart people around me but put another me in the room and I want to quit.
- ungreased0675 2y agoThis is incredibly good advice. Great article. I especially like the insight that labeling someone as stupid is a dead end, and therefore not valuable.
