- GMoromisato 2y agoI would love that! But that doesn't change the underlying problem. How do we stop Putin getting what he wants? If you're saying, there's nothing we can do but the US should be nicer about it, well, I guess that's right, but somewhat useless.
- cloverich 2y agoGive Russia some of what it wants, give Ukraine security guarantees. Put NATO troops in Ukraine. Maintain sanctions against Russia.
- missedthecue 2y agoHe covered that. NATO troops and security guarantees are only credible if the US/EU is willing to send troops to die in the Donbas. If they're truly willing to do that, why not do it now? Russia easily calls the bluff.
