I like the idea of separating utility transport from passenger transport, leaving it underground
- globular-toast 2y agoSure, as long as passenger transport is foot and bicycle. The bin lorry comes once a week, the Amazon van once a day, but people are driving their cars around all day. I don't see how removing utility vehicles would make the slightest difference.
