- jmclnx 2y agoIt is a shame the orange clown is doing everything he can to hide the accomplishments of Tuskegee Airmen. All this proves is how racist the clown is. But I am sure once the clown is out of office the Tuskegee Airmen will be put back in a place of honor.
- DamnYuppie 2y agoCan you provide a reference to the actions he has taken, I am unfamiliar with this topic so would like to find out more.
- mikestew 2y agoWhen I would “like to know more”, I go and look it up, rather than wait for others to do it for me. I threw “Tuskegee airmen trump” at a search engine and got a whole page of relevant results, no “Google-fu” needed. https://apnews.com/article/trump-dei-tuskegee-airmen-women-war-history-88a92c8485281d7c088c5eafe5dbf002 https://apnews.com/article/trump-dei-tuskegee-airmen-women-w... EDIT: or you could try reading TFA, which contains the very information you seek.
- Smithalicious 2y agoI hope you find time for more fun hobbies than being a dick on the Internet.
- skyyler 2y agoAsking people to google a question before asking it is not being a dick. It's common etiquette in technical spaces, and it should also apply to things like this.
- Smithalicious 2y agoNo, I have always emphatically felt that it is often just being a dick, and this particular rapidly disappearing form of "nettiquettte" will not be missed by me. I, for one, am perfectly willing to grant strangers the courtesy of answering a little question and not essentially tell them "figure it out lazybones". It's telling that nobody behaves like that IRL, where you can actually see another person's face.
- skyyler 2y agoFrom the article you are commenting on: >The Air Force last month briefly removed training course s with videos of its storied Tuskegee Airmen and the Women Airforce Service Pilots, or WASPs in an effort to comply with the Trump administration’s crackdown on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
