I would guess the assets[1] would be more legally problematic versus the game mechanics, which AIUI are only subject to patent claims, not copyright

- IshKebab 2y agoI was more thinking about the name. You are free to clone game mechanics and use different assets, but you can't say "play Dixit" unless you actually have permission to use that name.
