Sounds like a great way of putting your head on the block in the current climate. Not saying whether I agree or not but more risky than say disagreeing with Google taking MoD contracts imo.
- caycep 2y agoRebellion and disruption is in Silicon Valley's nature. Especially against authoritarian right-wing figures (Traitorous 8) Especially now w/ renewed interest in fediverse and open source applications, now is the time for dissatisfied employees to revolt. Meta/Google/amazon ripe for disruption. And there is plenty of left-leaning venture capital to go around
- rob_c 2y agoAlternatively the powers that be are consolidating with strong tight wing opinions and there is nothing left in the valley other than the hope to get bought out. When did the last Amazon happen other than Altmans brash propagandized "first" from openai?
